 2018 – Game Of Thrones Props Repatriation. Help prep and oversee the logistics from 80 locations throughout Belfast and London for the shipment of the Game Of Thrones props, sets, and costumes into the U.S.  2015 – Recataloging Archive Assets. This project required shipping 7,800 cartons of media assets back and forth from Iron Mountain – Kansas City, MO to Pro-Tek Vaults in Burbank, CA. on 21 truckloads. This required the validation of the asset data both before and after moving them.  2013 – Mass Move of HBO Archive Assets. Supervised the movement of all 280,000 HBO Archive assets to a new storage vendor, Iron Mountain. This involved being the liaison between the former and current storage vendor, staging and reviewing each pallet being shipped. The entire relocation project was moved using 53 tractor trailers over a 12 month span, to 3 different Iron Mountain facilities with 11 trucks being moved locally and 42 out of state.

Asset Identification, Offsite Storage, Foreign & Domestic Shipping, Props and Costumes, Data Research & Validation Supervise and implement shipping of HBO assets to and from storage vendors (Iron Mountain, Pro-Tek). Create and maintain annual budgets for multiple projects. Help reconcile accounting processes (Billing, PO’s, invoices and cost reports) with Executives and HBO’s internal accounting department. Resolve problems including pricing, damaged assets, lost packages, data errors. Define best practices for moving company assets from HBO Productions locally, domestically and internationally. Create location specific workflows (Microsoft Visio) for delivery and retrieval of HBO owned assets.  Communicate best practices and workflows to the Archive team, HBO Productions and 3rd Party storage vendors.  Confirm asset delivery, update location data in HBO databases, (Xytech, MediaPulse) and reconcile asset data to 3rd party vendor databases. Review climate reports at all storage facilities, making the necessary adjustments when needed. Produce weekly status updates for projects keeping them within budgets and on projected timelines. Provide instruction and supervision when necessary, crating and palletizing props and costumes,ensuring proper care during shipment and preparing items for long term storage. Work with HBO personnel, both foreign and domestic to identify, locate, retrieve and deliver company assets. Verify, extract hard drive data and create LTO backups. Review wrap procedures for each show with HBO Delivery Executives and Post Supervisors to simplify the close of production. Schedule Final Delivery meetings with Post Production teams. Attend weekly meetings with HBO Executives to track Production timelines. Take meeting notes and update the Archive staff with changes to Production timelines. Approve Final Delivery elements were received as required for multiple shows. Maintain show contact lists. Barcoding assets.

 Work with Post Production teams to track the progress and manage the delivery of all assets per HBO Post Delivery guidelines. Oversee the creation of color timed prints for Premier Screenings both foreign and domestic. Attend weekly meetings with HBO Executives to track and facilitate timely delivery of assets to the archive. Oversee 16mm to 35mm transfer of film negative on remastering projects and QC subtitling of prints.
