I have worked the past twenty-six years in the IT industry for KMB Design Group, DLB Associates and Innovative Client Solutions. My responsibilities over the years were very diverse as I worked in IT, AV, database, and application development.Primarily I supported staff directly solving problems and creating solutions related to hardware, software, Cisco desk phones, and iPhones. I am proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook. I created dozens of Microsoft Access databases, Visual Basic 6 applications with SQL databases, and Microsoft Office macros. I started to get into web development using VB.Net and C#.I have experience with Microsoft Active Directory creating users, distribution lists, and managing computers and permissions. I managed smartphones via MobileIron and the Apple Deployment Program. I managed Cisco desk phones via the Cisco Unified Communications Manager as well as CallTower. I managed building security via Blue Iris video surveillance and Alliance access badge software. I managed network file backups with Commvault Simpana.I have several years’ experience with video editing using Sony Vegas Pro and Adobe Premiere. I was responsible for taking hours of construction videos and editing them into weekly compilations for 7+ job sites. I created year-end compilations as well making an elephant walk across a raised floor to convey the strength of the floor. I have experience editing photos and creating artwork with Adobe PhotoShop. Both video and photo editing are hobbies I do in my spare time.I worked with various video conferencing software over the years including Cisco, Vidyo, WebEx, Skype, and Microsoft Teams.I have created hundreds of wiki articles for our in-house wiki intranet detailing computer software builds, software installations, as well as updating them with known issues and common problems. I've created wikis for the staff on how to use phones and video conferencing equipment.
