Project Manager Old Veteran Construction CMO-JV Team The City Colleges of Chicago has awarded a $203 million contract for the Malcolm X College Campus located in the city’s Medical District at 1900 West Jackson Blvd. The construction will be managed by Clark Construction Group-Chicago, LLC, McKissack & McKissack and Old Veteran Construction, Inc. ; a joint venture effort titled CMO, a Joint Venture.
