I have over 40 years experience in the oil and gas industry. I started as a Field Operator and held progressively more senior positions until my last position as Senior Construction Manager.I'm able to manage consultants and contractors on single or multiple sites. I'm able to lead multi-million dollar projects of a complex and intricate nature; I was responsible for the planning, scheduling, cost estimating, and onsite management of safety, quality, cost, and schedule. I also mentored Project Managers and Project Engineers on proper project design and development. I ran a zero LTI on all of the projects that I managed.I have experience working with conventional and unconventional oil and gas in Alberta; shale gas in the Horn River Basin in northeast British Columbia; heavy oil in the Cold Lake Region; and oilsands in the Athabasca Oil Sands Region.I have experience with maintenance projects, plant turnarounds, pipelines, compressors, gas plants, oil and gas field facilities, and special projects.The value of the projects I managed ranged from $500,000 to $60 million.

This work consisted of the onsite management of the contractor companies completing work on Solvent Recovery Unit upgrade, VRU upgrade, Steam Trap upgrade, Major Insulation upgrade, Anti-foam Injection unit installation, Major Crusher Civil Vibration upgrade, and the assembly of two Cat Shovels.
