I lead Salesforce and Marketing Automation projects from assessments, designs, and implementations for SMB and Enterprise level clients. I work closely with Project Management and delivery leads to build and document application solutions.

I partner with Strategist and Engagement Leadership to gather and document requirements, design solutions, and deliver technical builds for marketing and sales technology platforms. I specialize in Salesforce and Marketo platform expertise and provide advisory expertise to clients while also solving problems stifling the revenue growth of mid to enterprise level clients. I develop relationships with client-side project leads to build trust and lay the foundation for continued relationships.

I manage the marketing and sales technology platforms (Salesforce, Mulesoft, Marketo and related systems) for all our key global business units. My role is responsible for pro-actively enhancing system processes, developing and administrating new platform releases and features, working with stakeholders to translate their operational needs into technical solutions, and training team members on the use of our business systems. I act as the subject matter expert for any project involving Salesforce or Marketo.

I work with the Marketing team to maintain the deployment and change management of our Salesforce CRM and marketing automation platform (currently Marketo). Additionally, I run the implementation of our automated marketing campaigns for the US, provide front-end web development for our ecommerce website, and support the marketing and sales teams as a business analyst.

I was apart of the demand generation team in the marketing department. My primary responsibilities included developing and maintaining the corporate web site, reporting on web performance, SEO, SEM, and web trends, and managing marketing collateral. In addition, I assist the marketing team in events and qualified lead generation. I support the sales team on a daily basis as the Sales CRM admin (Salesforce). I work heavily with HTML, PHP, Javascript, SQL, Adobe Master Suite, Content Management Systems, Marketo, Salesforce and SVN. While being apart of the Baynote team, I've been a strong, active participant in three web redesign projects. In addition, I spent time reporting to Product Management as a UI Designer in the applications group.
