Member of the management teams within the temporary staffing business line; challenge the business line leaders on strategy development and the achievement of the strategic and operational objectives;Develop KPI and other management reports and implementing the BI and analytics tool MicroStrategy; analyze trends and non-financial management information to understand the performance of the business line in order to support the management to resolve unfavorable trends and to achieve the targets, such as revenue growth, margins, FTE and costs;Sparring partner for the business line leaders; identify opportunities and risks, advise on major decisions and business cases and participate in tenders.

As treasurer my responsibilities included but were not limited to managing the finances and making the corresponding budget and realization and as president my responsibilities included but were not limited to making and implementing policy.

Member of the management teams within the Consulting & Professional Services business line; financially manage the business line P&L; reporting to the Director Control and CFO;Challenge the business line leaders on strategy development and the achievement of the strategic and operational objectives;Develop KPI and other management reports, analyze trends and non-financial management information to understand the performance of the business line in order to support the management to resolve unfavorable trends and to achieve the targets, such as revenue growth, margins, FTE and costs;Sparring partner for the business line leaders; identify opportunities and risks, advise on major decisions, prepare business reviews and business cases and participate in these meetings with the Board of Directors;Perform the monthly, quarterly and annual financial report of the business line;Project controller for major projects;Participation in projects, such as for a new collective labor agreement, process and system improvements, operational excellence and ‘flexible working’.

In 2008, I founded the Tilburg Student Rugby Club Tarantula and, subsequently, I have been treasurer (2008-2010) and president (2009-2010). As treasurer my responsibilities included but were not limited to managing the finances and making the corresponding budget and realization and as president my responsibilities included but were not limited to making and implementing policy. Furthermore, I was the NSC Beach Rugby president and treasurer in 2010 and, inter alia, I organized the first rugby trip to Oporto.
