CurrentDeveloping and managing the strategic business plans for all land development projects, construction costs, soft costs, operational budgets, HOA budgets, etc. Coordinating all planning and entitlement to ensure state-of-the-art planning/design, and successful entitlement, permitting, regulatory and environmental compliance.Managing ongoing relationships with the appropriate regulatory agencies, strategic business partners, interest groups, community organizations, homeowners’ associations, tenants, special interest groups, neighbors and other interested parties to maximize the success of each project.Serving as the development team's liaison to utility providers and goverment agencies.Serving as the development team's representative on the Master Home Owner's Association and various individual project Association Boards and/or management teams.Coordinating with the managers of appropriate resort operating departments or third-party operators to ensure that these projects are embraced and supported by the individuals who must operate the facilities after they are built. Performing conceptual design reviews and evaluating proposed designs for constructability and budget adherence.Oversee General Contractor performance to ensure construction is completed in accordance with design documents and project schedule.
