- Responsible for the startup, commissioning, training and service of Continuous Emission Monitoring Systems (CEMS), Coal Fire Detection Systems (CFDS), Closed Loop Emissions Controls Systems (CLECS) and Remote Emissions Monitoring Systems (REMS) for power plants and other industries worldwide.- Ability to program GE iNet PLC’s, NetDAHS computers and Operator Interface Terminals (OIT) while on customer sites.- Knowledge and troubleshooting experience with emissions monitoring analyzers including NOx, CO, CO2, SO2, O2, Wet O2, Flow, and Opacity.- Knowledge of Part 60 and 75 regulations.- Increased spare parts sales on a top customer account by 33 to 45% each year since 2008 by recommending inventory and leveraging customer loyalty.- Initiated negotiations for quarterly maintenance contract on REMS fleet of approximately 30+ units.- Trained customers in the use of CEMS hardware and DAHS software.- Traveled to and provided long term support in foreign countries, including Brazil, Canada, England, Mexico, Spain, Egypt, Italy, Thailand, UAE and Singapore.
