· Manager of a world-class team of Security Cast Members responsible for the safety and security of The Disneyland Resort including all three resort hotels by leading, motivating and directing a diverse team of security officers in a variety of operational and specialized responsibilities.· Respond to routine incidents enforcing policies and procedures to mitigate concerns and safety issues. Emergency situation response requires coordination with emergency services, resort security officers and Senior leaders. Consistent communication with law enforcement, fire and paramedics during calls for routine assistance and emergencies thus ensuring effective operating procedures and relationships are maintained. · Review/ approve security reports for completeness and accuracy, provide statements, investigative notes and observations for routine/ emergency service calls and add them to the daily security blotter.· Provide access control for contract companies including deliveries, construction, talent, film crews, media and special events.· Reduce costs through control of overtime, operational efficiencies and reducing waste.· Advise other lines of business of the ever-changing operational environment due to construction, special events, updated security procedures, threats, or emergency situations.
