As Genova’s COO, Rick was responsible for all finance, operational and administrative functions for the firm. In this capacity Rick was responsible for establishing and leading Genova’s training and professional development programs, hiring and resource management, organizational strategy, marketing and business development, client relationship management, and internal systems and processes.
