Rick Logan entered the fitness industry for the same reason as many people, wanting to look good. Like most when he heard the words physical trainer or fitness he immediately imagined a slim, muscular, toned person with a smile who could help others look like them. That's what he became. And then he had a stroke and lost the use of the left side of his body. Immediately his thought process was shattered and he had to start over. That's where the idea for FHIIT was born. Rick had to change not just the way he exercised and trained his body, he had to change the way he ate, the way he thought, the way he interacted with people...he had to change his life. Rick has taken those lessons over the few two years and used them to help others. Fitness isn't just a hard body. Fitness is about being the best you possible....physically, mentally, emotionally- it's about living YOUR best life.Rick was educated in health and wellness when he attended Towson University, majoring in Exercise Science. He has advanced through the field holding positions of consultant, membership sales, personal trainer, and more recently fitness director. Currently Rick is not only the owner of FHIIT by Rick, but also operates in Baltimore as a consultant, helping established fitness facilities improve on their training capabilities. Rick attributes his philanthropy work with helping him achieve his personal and professional goals. Serving as an American Heart Association Stroke Ambassador he works closely with AHA to create awareness and promote healthy change in the community. He also serves on the board of Simple Sacrifice For The Homeless, providing love and lunches to those who need it in Baltimore area, while reducing the stigma of being homeless.

● Worked and Managed 3 Under Armour Performance Centers in Baltimore, Maryland.● Opened/ managed the Port Covington location from inception, including assuming Operation and Guest Relations Manger duties. Operated all aspects of the facility including hiring staff, equipment maintenance, program implementation, remodeling the space, and client retention.● Quickly promoted to Fitness Manager of companies largest location, a 55,000 square foot location in Baltimore● Duties include day to day operations, onboarding new trainers, managing a fitness team, budgetary ownership, and member retention● Responsible for creating marketing proposals to further our fitness revenue including promotions, events, campaigns and launches, as well as executing to completion. Proposals were consistently utilized company wide at other locations as well.● Involved with the Wellness side of company as well. Well versed in corporate onsite wellness, program deliverance, virtual training and wellness programs as well as event coordination.
