Led group of ~50 Reservoir and Petroleum Engineers to manage all operated Gulf of Mexico production (~200mbopd).• Managed transition from asset based to functional organization model beating production targets by ~10% with ~20% fewer staff.• Created a production management system used for functional organization that ended up being used globally.

Led all facets of the Pompano and Mica fields including drilling and completions, operations, subsurface, and commercial.• Delivered two exploration discoveries.• Managed a major brownfield construction project, reducing the shutdown duration by 30% through implementation of technical limit approach.• Replaced 175% of reserves through successful drilling efforts. • Obtained commercial agreement to exploit neighboring licenseDirected several development and appraisal drilling rig programs, seismic acquisition and processing efforts, new field startups, and field-wide production delivery. Implemented and extended several technologies: 4D seismic, advanced subsalt seismic processing, electric submersible pumps, smart completions, High Pressure and Temperature, horizontal wells, high rate well management, produced water re-injection, etc.Significantly reduced cycle time and cost for deepwater project.
