This project was a multi-hundreds of million dollars, multi-year project, culminated in the delivery of the most accurate, and one of the largest scale fingerprint matching systems. I led the design team from requirements analysis, design, development utilizing Agile Methodologies, through final delivery, support, and numerous upgrades. I contributed to and approved deployment processes, vendor supplied software such as Oracle and Java for the deployed system. I planned and estimated all the development efforts, schedules and releases. I led the on-call support team that triaged live issues and addressed them quickly to maintain the up-time requirements of our customer.
