Having worked within Client Relations for approaching 3 years, I have experienced first hand the thrill of landing a significant income contribution, a new contract for an existing Client or a new Client itself, a product develop from an idea into a fully fledged Client proposition, and the development of a collaborative relationship, on a daily basis. I am a point of interaction for many Clients’ contacts and pride myself on my excellent communication skills and ability to easily build strong working relationships.I have been involved from the outset in the transition of focus within the Client Relations department, from a role that had more operational and issue based emphasis, to having income generation and Client satisfaction and advocacy solely at the heart. These changes have led to a small but very strong and effective team consistently hitting targets and goals.
