Rick is the CEO of Dreampad LLC, a sleep technology company based in Denver, CO. Dreampad provides one of the only effective non-pharmaceutical interventions to improve sleep. Prior to taking on the role at Dreampad, Rick was the CFO of Integrated Listening Systems (ILS), a neurotechnology company specializing in technology solutions for therapists working with individuals with developmental and learning difficulties. Rick helped to build the company from start-up to an acquisition target, and managed the sale of the company in 2019.Prior to joining iLs, Rick was the COO and co-founder of Econergy International, a Boulder, Colorado-based developer of renewable energy projects. Along with his partners and investors, he built the company to $100 million in annual revenues, $350 million in assets and 300 MW of hydro and wind power installed and operating throughout Latin America. Together they took the company public on the London Stock Exchange in 2006, raising $110 million. Rick was a board member and Chief Operating Officer of Econergy until its acquisition by GDF-Suez Energy in 2009.Rick serves on several non-profit boards in education and environmental work in the Denver area.
