Led the design, deployment, and optimization of Sprint’s EVDO overlay network and Rev A upgrade in the Southeast Area for over 5,000 sites.Led the program management of Sprint’s early 4G deployment in Texas, staffing and leading the team that deployed Sprint’s first WiMAX site.Successfully integrated over 300 engineers and managers from two distinct companies into a cohesive market- and region-based structure following the Sprint-Nextel merger. Implemented dozens of large-scale DAS systems in stadiums, arenas, and campuses throughout the South Region. Conistently demonstrated an ability to take on struggling markets and lead their restoration to best-ever network performance results.
