Manager of maintenance for aboveground storage tanks and spheres. I was the budget holder for major repair and replacement projects for tank ranging in size of 200' to 10' in diameter. This included the budget, spend forecasting, and safety accountability of 100-250 contractors and Shell employees daily. New technology was a focus area where robotics was the biggest impact to performance improvements. I developed and led the site steering team for tank maintenance where business, scheduling, operations, and engineering all participated in the planning and improvement of the 3-5 year look ahead program.

These areas included Downstream assets for terminals and refinery/chemical plants. I created cost performance reviews to identify best practices and also areas of focus for improvement concentration. Not only did I review process details but also engaged on organizational staffing to identify work groups that best fit asset demands based on size and budget.I was a part of API 650 Fabrication subcommittee.
