Key leadership role in evaluating and implementing bank-wide business process improvements during merger with U.S. AgBank in January 2012. Responsible for relationships with CoBank’s banking and technology partners, including periodic re-evaluation of partnerships via formal and informal RFPs. Managed the bank’s Trade Services department for six years with a focus on Agricultural Export and the U.S. government GSM program.
