For more than 35 years I have been deeply involved in a specific and unique niche of asphalt pavement preservation equipment and materials. I know the market (crack sealing, hot pour mastic repairs, sealcoating and patching) and the elements that affect it. I have developed a positive national following and status with Federal and State Agencies, customers, manufacturers and sales personnel that I have worked with over the years. I know the competition, and what is essential to win.Having been a top distributor I understand what manufacturer's distributors and sales people need to do to be successful at selling pavement maintenance products. Having had experience in a dealer network I know what it takes to make it healthy and profitable, as well as what kills a good relationship. I believe relationships must be cultivated so that business owners and managers can be successful with a product line. My ideal position places me as the lynchpin between sales, marketing and the manufacturing process to increase sales volume, refine and sharpen pricing strategies and direct sales and service efforts to areas that will return the largest profits. When I began in sales in 1981, and made the million dollar roundtable, I knew that I had the skills to be a successful sales person in my own right. What I have developed over the years is the ability to communicate those successful skills to others and to teach and encourage them to hone their skills to bring the companies I was at to ever greater levels of sales volume, revenue and profit.
Listed skills include Strategic Planning, Sales, Construction, Contract Negotiation, and 14 others.
