About Rick Stratton
I have been a tax partner at Travers Smith since 1989 advising on corporation tax, investment funds, VAT and stamp taxes. I have a varied practice but advise on restructurings, corporate transactions and the establishment and management of a variety of onshore and offshore funds for investment in the UK and elsewhere. I also advise limited partners on investing in limited partnership funds and UK tax consequences of these investments. I am a member of the Forum for Tax Professionals, Chairman of the Income Tax-Sub-Committee of the Law Society and a member of the Tax Law Committee of the Law Society.
