My legal practice is almost entirely devoted to the defense of doctors who have been accused of medical malpractice. I have practiced with the same law firm for my entire career and have partners who cover most areas of legal practice except for criminal defense and domestic relations.In addition, I have become certified as a civil mediator and am serving as a mediator when asked. My long range plan is to become much more active as a mediator to take advantage of my trial background and experience which includes almost 200 civil jury trials.
