I been in the school bus industry since 2011. I started in the industry as a level one mechanic and worked my way up to regional maintenance manager. With hard work and dedication, I been able to achieve many accomplishments. I been able to manage my locations and increase performance, becoming blue seal garages. I have done many locations startups working with a team. I am ase master certified in school bus and automotive. I'm also very dedicated and a hard worker, always focused on a goal I set for myself. I am a hard worker and a fast learner. I lead by example and works well with others. By setting the highest standard, I raise the level of excellence that I expect from my employees.
