His daughter, Barbara, is a talented singer who performs alongside Rick, and his son, Blake, recently started at U.S. Army boot camp and will soon be attending college. As a decade-long member of the Round Rock Arts Council, Rick helped to start the Round Rock Chalk Walk, an annual event that attracts 100,000 visitors. In his free time, Rick loves boating on Lake Travis and cruising the beautiful Hill Country in his classic Jeep CJ-5.
