Root cause analysis on Cisco Routers and switches thru the network. Supported various types of PBX equipment including Nortel, Mitel, Avaya independently and with coordination of vendors in area. Troubleshoot to end device and notify LEC of issues with trunking past demarcation point to POP. Vast experience with Siemens products up to the 9006 platform and Phonemail. Supported all ROLM products from 1984-current. Long history with all aspects of telephony in 30+years of field experience.Management:Technical Manager for approx. 18 months on contract with U.S. Dept. of Education based in Washington DC. Managed direct reports and attended daily meetings with various other contract holders within the contract umbrella. Create and plan for successful completion of assigned projects. Develop timeline for completion of projects.

Maintain the existing ROLM 9751 and Phonemail systems, troubleshooting issues involved with telecom. Assisted in installing a CISCO CCM VoIP system as a deployment team as well as maintain system functionality in the long run on the CCM and Unity platform.

Job sited at Weyerhaeuser Corp's HQ in Federal Way, WA> Along with 2 other, I worked admin as weall as Ops for the 9751 multi node ROLM/IBM CBX on site untill the systems 2003 when we displaced the CBX with a Cisco AVVID solution including 3 Call Managers, One IPCC, Unity and approx 4000+ end devices with Call Center.
