Security Master Reference Data Centralization Project - system provided centralized security related market and reference data to downstream systems. Provided analysis and quality assurance test management for planning, issues tracking, and coordination of on and off-shore testing resources to evaluate Thomson Reuters RRDS software. Analyzed multiple data vendor proposals and prepared recommendations to management including rankings for data quality, security coverage, and pricing accuracy and frequency.Private Bank System Transition Project - Analyzed 45,000+ accounts ($130 billion assets) for transition of US Trust private bank and institutional accounts to Bank of America Global Wealth and Investment Management (GWIM) systems - PACE, GIM2000, LVTS, APL and Bloomberg. Created specs to profile accounts based on complex business rules to determine BAC target system coding for conversion. Built database, reports and data files (Access/Excel) used by business and technologists for pre and post-conversion reconciliation. Historical Data for Archive Project - Analyzed 500+ US Trust system applications for historical data retention business requirements.WealthPlanner (Risk Metrics) Project - Developed test strategy and scripts related to product upgrade and rebranding effort for Bank of America. WealthPlanner is a portfolio analysis and modeling tool used for client presentations (asset allocation and what-if scenarios).

Global Security Master (GSM) Market and Reference Data Project - Managed testing and implementation of GSM, a new product requiring integration with over 20 downstream applications. GSM receives market and reference data feeds from vendors such as IDC, Bloomberg, Morningstar and Moodys for setup and maintenance of securities indicative information, pricing/factors, ratings etc. GSM product is now owned by Reuters. Special Illiquid Assets Remediation Project - Managed audit related initiative to remediate and establish new policies for the setup of 11,000 special assets (non-publicly traded). This project required coordination of senior exectives from Trust, Investment Management, Fiduciary, Multi-Family Office, ERISA and Securities Operations.

Trust Accounting System Consolidation Project - Provided metrics/data analysis, support for project plan/timeline development and call-in center for execution/tracking, test script preparation, ad-hoc impact analysis and progress reports for private bank merger. The project consolidated domestic and multi-currency client accounting systems AM Trust and Multi-Shear onto the OMNI Trust system.

SunGard Global PlusPrepared business requirements and functional specs. Quantified legacy system transaction requirements for income, corporate actions, complex derivative transactions, futures, FX and lending. Prepared gap analysis for conversion transactions. Analyzed process flow to insure that all assets and transactions would appear on reports, settle and reconcile automatically. Liaised with SunGard for conversion and reconciliation files. Developed conversion task list, specs for conversion reconciliation tools, UAT and integration testing/training, and post-conversion QA. Project implemented SunGard’s GlobalPlus accounting/reporting system with the domestic (AIMS) and global (GLOBENET) securities movement/books-of-record systems. Project required major custom enhancements to GlobalPlus (by SunGard programmers) for transaction entry with transaction instruction enabled via MQ/SWIFT/FTP to the securities movement systems.

Fidelity System Conversion/TransitionProject lead, managed conversion, planning and risk assessment, project plan/timeline development and execution/tracking (MS Project), conversion specifications, transaction processing gap analysis, conversion reconciliation tools specification, test script preparation, testing and test supervision, training, and post-conversion QA. Project converted Fidelity client accounts with over $55 billion of assets with 20,000 positions and related pending transactions from the domestic accounting system (AIMS) and cash and securities movement system (POLARIS/FED) to the global securities movement/books-of-record system (GLOBENET).
