Part of the executive team at Viscira, a profitable, high growth new media and technology company that offers an innovative set of software applications and high tech solutions for industry leading biotech and pharma clients (Amgen, Genentech, Novartis, J&J, etc.).Responsible for all core delivery capabilities of the company (technical software development, web development, mobile app development, AR/VR/XR, interactive and visual design, user experience design, medical and scientific content, 3D animation, 2D motion graphics, live action video, IT, project management). Also oversaw product development and a proprietary SaaS content management system.

IndustryNext designed and developed a wide variety of advanced interfaces and software applications and products for both high tech and media and entertainment firms. Client examples include building social media applications on Facebook for ESPN; building the next generation video player for NBC Universal; a caller ID desktop application for Comcast; and a sophisticated touchscreen interface for Bill Joy (one of the founders of Sun). IndustryNext helped clients with innovative product development and sophisticated application design and development.

Netopia was acquired by Motorola in January 2007 and is now part of the Motorola Broadband Solutions group. While at Netopia, I played a senior role helping to lead the effort to launch a relatively new software business within Netopia, a public $100+MM / yr. broadband services company (CPE hardware, CPE remote management software, and services). Helping to define the overall go-to-market strategy and implement it at the same time (product marketing, brand marketing, business development, sales, etc.). The software product is the Netopia Broadband Server (NBBS), which provides a platform and a suite of applications. In addition, NBBS offers a carrier class TR-069 compliant auto-configuration server (yes, that's a mouth full), etc. It's currently being implement at major ILECs such as BellSouth and at distributed enterprises such as Pfizer. We successfully closed new business at major carriers in Europe such as eircom in Ireland and O2 in Germany.

Senior executive role helping Viewpoint to build and manage its first professional sales and marketing team. Viewpoint offered Fortune 500 clients a graphics software platform for 3D and 'rich media' content and applications. We licensed the platform on an annual basis and provided custom content and application development services as well. Our team helped build annual revenues from less than $1MM per year to close to $10MM in roughly 3 years. We closed new business and built multi-year relationships with F500 and G2000 firms such as AOL, Toyota Motor Sales, DCX, Sony, GE Aircraft Engines, HP / Compaq, Yahoo, etc.

Totality provides application and full IT systems management services for large, high-availability, e-commerce sites, including American Airlines, Martha Stewart Omnimedia, Best Buy, Gap, Sony, and others. Totality was acquired by MCI in 2005 for about $75 million and is now part of Verizon Business.

Part of the extended leadership team at Viant. Joined as employee #28 and helped build and scale the company to 11 offices and $150MM per year in revenue. Viant was VC funded and enjoyed a successful IPO in 1999. Played a client partner role, then became GM of the Viant's Incubation Services, and then GM of Viant's SF and Silicon Valley offices.

Worked with the Business Advisory group providing strategic and financial services to clients, predominantly in the health care industry. Transitioned to the IT consulting group and worked in the IT field for 2 yrs before leaving. Promoted from Consultant to Senior Consultant to Manager in 3 yrs.
