Lead a program management team responsible for defining and managing internal core product development releases, and coordinating all customer programs to deliver cloud-based digital telephony services and mobile device software. Other responsibilities include working with Sales and Product teams to develop product roadmaps, setting feature prioritization, and defining release cycles. Also lead evaluations of all customer change requests, and manage offshore vendor product development and operations resources.

Manage core driver and application software teams with more than 100 software engineers worldwide. Design and deploy new products for Windows and Android OS platforms, including GeForce Experience™ and Shield™, while providing enhancements and sustaining support for legacy GPU drivers and applications. Coordinate teams spanning the following engineering disciplines : User Experience and User Research, Driver and Application Installation, User Interface, Application, Database, SDK and Display Driver Development, and Performance Analysis Labs. Coordinate with OEM customers to provide customized software deliverables and packaging requirements.

Manage all new GPU hardware and software product / feature development for the GeForce Notebook & Desktop Software organizations. Features included notebook GPU form factor designs, new display technology integrations, power throttling and savings implementations, and hybrid graphics design deployments.

Products and Open Source projects created by UltimateTech include UltimateReco, UltimateSpeech, UltimateConsole, UltimateWorkflow, and UltimateCIM Eclipse plugin for WBEM applications.As principal and hands-on executive, I supervised major projects ($300K to $2M+ in size) from initial customer contact, sales presentation, and contract negotiations, through implementation, delivery, and support. Responsible for project planning, budgeting, staffing, and supervision, product direction and technical leadership. I managed many of our larger (multi-year, 5-50 person) accounts at Fortune 500 companies including Fidelity Investments, AT&T, IBM, Sun Microsystems, Nortel Networks, and Openwave Systems. Projects included integration of UTI product in stock trading platforms, billing and fraud processing systems, large voice messaging systems, and digital television and home appliance application development.

I was hired as a intern from 1983 through 1987, then as a full-time employee in 1987. I Worked for IBM’s Federal Systems Division as well as their Commercial Systems Division as a primary member of large-scale applications development and deployment teams. I spent several years as a developer and later lead developer on Naval submarine command and control systems software. After transferring into IBM Commercial Systems (1989-1993), I lead database, and server and API software development and architecture of IBM’s DirectTalk Voice Application platform (a.k.a. CallPath). I also lead several global customer integration and delivery efforts for the CallPath production.
