Also responsible for over 140 ADW Kiosk that are deployed throughout restaurants, golf courses, convenience/gas stations & private clubs. Directly responsible over 1.5 million in cash assets in all ADW kiosk. I oversee business development as we seek products that are beneficial to our kiosk environment.Manage a sales staff that markets our ADW Kiosk in various B2C environments. Responsible for managing all technicians in all aspects including installation and preventive maintenance of kiosk. Evaluate and develop marketing strategies that promote our ADW product and our business partners. I have developed strategies utilizing database management that have directly made our operations efficient. Worked directly with our kiosk manufacturer and equipment vendors as it relates to technical installation and deployment. Work with programmers in facilitating change or technical intervention.

Designed and implemented a structured cabling network for business expansion (including data, voice & coax). Implemented & managed networks at 2 plants – including the implementation of T1 Routers to grant internet access and data transfer to remote plants through point‐to‐point T1. Management of 20 computers on 2 networks. (Windows Environments) Implemented security CCTV at 2 plant environments. Improved business performance by implementing Rice Lake Digital Indicator (scales) that expedited accounting transfer. Implemented temperature monitoring system utilizing PRTG software. Fully responsible for the launch of B2C e-commerce store.
