I am a litigator with significant experience in handling AIDS and Hepatitis C matters, having tried numerous AIDS litigation cases successfully for more than 20 years, including three eight-week trials and more than 12,000 settled cases. I have also settled several mass torts and other MDL and class actions.I work with alternative dispute resolution (ADR) to find creative settlement solutions to subrogation and other difficult issues in these complex cases. I also handle large commercial cases in federal court trials, arbitrations, and when possible, in settlements.I am a member of the Pennsylvania Bar and am admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of the United States, the U.S. Courts of Appeal for the Third and Ninth Districts, and the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania.
