Working with Sponsor Donor Service (Sponsor Donor Relations and Sponsor Donor Processing, also Distribution Center) to provide feedback to supervisors and individual contributors, providing quality reviews, ensuring accuracy and good service that reflects well on the organization.

Serve as advocate for children in need by providing excellent service to ministry sponsors through contact center setting (inbound & outbound calling campaigns, email responses): educating sponsors on Christian child development in global setting, tactfully handling specific child information, processing donations, ensuring sponsor longevity through caring approach, ministering to needs through prayer.

As part of the Public Affairs Department, it was my privilege to build relationships with those who financially supported Focus by ministering to, and praying for them.

Temporary Position: Inbound service to members and auto policyholders: assisted with proof of insurance, offered price quotes, updated coverage needs, cross-sold additional features. After three months’ service, selected as on-the-job training mentor, also received numerous incentives for attendance and sales lead generation.

As resource specialist, partnered with vendors/publishers to identify income-generating opportunities, coordinated product availability (negotiated terms, prepared forecasts), determined best-of-class items.
