This vast, constantly changing world of LTC was both challenging and inspiring. From the Nursing Home Reform Act of 1987 to recent COVID-19 challenges, I've always been guided by my dedication to quality care.With experience as an administrator, regional vice president, and CEO, I realized the profound impact of right staffing on care. I transitioned to recruiting to bring talent and institutions together for transformational outcomes.Over 15 years, I've successfully placed candidates in 40+ states. Working with entities of all sizes, I've always prioritized the quality of the match. The right ethos can change the face of an institution, and I strive to find that fit.This approach inspired the creation of the Chasteen Group. We recruit from an operator’s perspective, focusing on the best outcomes for both the candidate and the company.
