Father and son Rick and Jesse Chasteen share a passion for facilitating growth in the long-term care industry for both candidates and clients alike. Rick began his career in long-term care in 1985 as a nursing home administrator and has extensive experience in NHA positions, as well as a Regional Vice President and a CEO role. Jesse grew up around the skilled nursing business, spending his time working and volunteering at the nursing homes his father, Rick, operated. He has partnered with Rick in recruiting in the healthcare arena for over seven years.
