Operative as a Healthcare Consultant, with expertise: a online client portal for hospitals and mental healthcare organizations. I'm responsible for: • Advising and support the functional implementations of the client portal (MyHealthOnline) at hospitals and mental healthcare organizations (using different care information systems);• Write recommendation reports about the implementation of Internet services for cure organizations; • Advising cure organizations concerning the appointment process; • Writing functional specifications (“Use Cases”);• Communication with developers (offschoring);• Several types of researches (for example: do senior people using internet and what are their wishes about a internet application. During the last year of my study I did research about risk management and classification of medical equipment for the Alysis Zorggroep. After the research phase I wrote a report with recommendations and advise how to implement tools , methods and models for optimal risk management of medical equipment and what’s the best way to give a classification to medical equipment. Finally I advised the organization what’s the best way to implement the tools, methods and models.

During my study I did research about cleaning and disinfection of flexible endoscopes for the Alysis Zorggroep. After the research phase I wrote a report with recommendations and advise how to optimize the total cleaning and disinfection process of flexible endoscopes.
