- Supervise all managed hosting project designs and deployments in Europe- Manage multiple European teams of highly skilled >> Project Managers>> Data Center Engineers>> Implementation Engineers>> Presales Consultants- Part of the European management team

- Managing dedicated hosting projects for high end hosting customers- Customer facing for the duration of the project life cycle- Responsible for the entire project managementproces, from order to implemenation- Responsible for the project managers involved in customer implementation projects- Responsible for the planning of engineers involved in the implementation- Provide customer and organization with project administration- Organize and lead customer presentations

Professional Services is responsible for the implementation and follow up of all customer projects. Implementation starts after the sales contract has been signed and ends at acceptance by the customer. At this time, the project is handed over to internal Technical Services for ongoing management.Professional Services will monitor and follow customer’s needs and satisfaction of Dedigate’s services through regular customer contact.

- Primarily responsible for the operational strategy and success of one stop ICTsolution provider Hebbizz BV;- Partly responsible for the sales strategy;- Part of the senior management team;- Escalation channel for complex projects and situations in above disciplines incustomer facing situations;

- Primarily responsible for the operational management of a team of 20 networking, hosting and development specialists;- Escalation channel for complex projects and situations in above disciplines in customer facing situations;- Provide reporting to senior management about team procedures, projects and hosting monitoring.

- Pan-European Presales matrix-manager. Management of a group of 18 engineers, geographically dispersed, including defining common roles and objectives in conjunction with in-country management, motivation and facilitating communication/teamwork between them;- Pan-European Sales Product Training Programme management;- Responsible for delivery of Technical Product Training for sales and presales; ownership for assessing and addressing product training needs together with theEuropean Product Management for delivery;- Training material development, eLearning software and media management;- Project manager xDSL product definition and rollout in The Netherlands.

- Manager of the Sales Support Team. Management of a team of 4 people. Set priorities for the team, and assure quality control. Disciplines of the team: Presales, Aftersales en Customer Care; all responsibilities involve both reactive and proactive approach to customers;- Escalation channel for complex projects and situations in above disciplines;- Provide reporting to country management about team procedures and projects.

- Working with the sales team to design technically and commercially viable solutions for Internet connectivity and web hosting. The solutions range from Shared-hosting, to clustered servers offering high-redundancy resiliency and throughput. Seniority in the role effectively means handling large and complex deals;- Provide training to sales team on PSINet products and fundamentals of Networks, Internet and Web-hosting. (new products, technical comparison of competitors);- Provide technical expertise and presentations for PSINet Sales Executives, in formal meetings and via video and telephone conference calls.- Act as liaison between: sales; technical departments; global subsidiaries; and external suppliers to ensure completely seamless solution.- Provide training to PSINet partners and resellers;- After sales and on site troubleshooting of Internet connections;- Office automation (IT-manager).
