I take a multi-faceted upbeat and positive approach in assisting clients to achieve their real estate goals. I focus on Commercial, Land, and Investment Properties. I also handle selective residential properties based on my past experience as a residential agent. I have been involved in appraisal work in both private and public sectors in the past. I recently moved my hub back to Lubbock after having my Brokers License in Austin for 2 ½ years. In 2016 and 2017, while in Austin, I was appointed to the Texas Association of REALTORS Commercial Committee. I first received my Texas Brokers License in 1985. I worked approximately 2 years at The Real Estate Center at Texas A&M. I have a Bachelors Degree in Agricultural Economics from Texas Tech University. I have also completed the classroom requirements for a Masters in Land Economics and Real Estate from Texas A&M.
