Responsibilities included all of the operating, budgeting and direction for the Information Technology Department. This position had responsibility for all IT operations and software development across the corporate footprint. Included in this, are customer facing operations such as dedicated hosting and email services, as well as, product development and implementations. This position required both an in depth knowledge of customer support (Call Center through Tier 3) and internal process for corporate IT systems. As the Chief Information Officer, reporting directly to the CEO and as a member of the Executive Committee, my responsibilities encompassed all of the Technology issues, needs, and direction for the firm. Also was given co-leadership of the Clearing Division. Included in this were all budgeting activities, strategic planning initiatives, and daily operations oversight.
