In this part time position I developed and implemented a systemic approach for the assimilationand connection of new people.

~ Cast vision and implemented programming for a youth group of more than one hundred students annually.~ Recruited, trained and equipped more than fifty adult volunteers each year.~ Planned and implemented retreats, conferences, service opportunities and multi-cultural trips.~ Met individually with students and parents to provide counsel, advice, andrelationship building.~Innovated and implemented a mentoring system that paired teens with adults in long term (four to six year) relationships.

~ Recruited and trained a national student ministry team leadership core.~ Created and cast vision for a national approach to training with a special emphasis onmaking volunteer training accessible.~ Provided direction and visionary support for the International Youth Conference put onby our National Student Ministry Team.~ Traveled and trained youth pastors and volunteers across the US and Mexico.

~ First full time youth/assistant pastor for this congregation.~ Developed a ministry strategy from the ground up.~ Multiplied youth group from two to forty in attendance.~ Developed the first leadership team, equipped and empowered adult youth leaders.
