Established an improved design process for SCB Tech X by adding structure to their tools, introducing design critique, and helping them organizing a new design system based on design tokens.Led, designed, and delivered a complete consumer marketplace for e-commerce including platforms for buyer, seller and administration for the Laotian market with a team of five designers within 5 months.

Part of a team that built the first credit scoring solution for the South Asian market together with Experian to improve digital onboarding for non-banking customers and to help these individuals to increase their credit worthiness.Reduced workload of a paper-based operations with nearly 80%, by shaping a fully digital onboarding solution from start to end for non-banking customers, which enabled customers to apply for financial products online.Led a design team of 8 people in 3 locations (Manila, Jakarta, and Bangkok) ranging from UI, UX and front-end developers, were collaborated with business development, data science, and product operation teams to improve various online products with design thinking methodologies.

Shaped visual identity and improved information architecture of two marketplaces for financial e-commerce in Philippines and Indonesia used by millions of users monthly.Achievements helped raise a Series B funding led by Telstra Ventures.Redesigned and improved user journeys based on conversion centered design to increase engagement and to reduce bounce rate with 27%, plus to achieve a better return of investment on customer attribution with up to 21% on several core landing pages.

Explored the adventurous life of entrepreneurship and constructed a complete subscription-based SaaS solution for marketing analytics.Developed business idea and concept of how to turn digital marketing channels into actionable insights with help of smart data and cognitive technology.Established product design, visual language, and information architecture based on domain research and user studies with focus on product market fit and deliverables for paying customers.

Malmo, Sweden

Created fundamental business principles and conceptual architecture on how to use conversion rate optimization in content strategies to grow presence with online marketing.Established a framework and a strategy to help visualize and optimize results in web-based production and online marketing by defining measurable goals and heuristic evaluations.Implemented conceptual strategies on VisitSweden Denmark with increased user engagement, improved search visibility and an achieved a return on investment of more than 20% on online marketing efforts as an outcome.

Supervised product design and user experience design of various new services like loyalty program, gift cards, my account, secret hotels, points max and mobile applications for both Android and iOS.Strengthened design thinking within the organization and organized teams with user interface and user experience designers, plus shared usability researchers.Introduced a four-stage UX methodology with a 2-weeks design sprint with continuously iterations to increase output within product teams and to reduce production time.Monitored and took advantage of data to understand user behavior, customer attribution, conversions metrics and used available output for design directions.Launched a framework for design principles that enhanced evaluation of new ideas, iterations, and the overall product design process of all front-end products across all teams.Conducted research around device jumping that gave important insight on how users move between devices during the day, and which could be used to improve login authentication and marketing.
