This included contacting day care centers, city villages and townships, law enforcement, fire departments and districts, and other departments throughout the county, to add and update their information. Regroup has resulted in faster communication and more ways of contact. It has efficiently organized contacts into groups specific to their needs, and has brought us up to technology standards, by phasing out the fax system.For the Village of Peotone, I created an Improvement Plan based off of a table-top exercise that was put on by the Will County Emergency Management Agency. This gave me the experience of the process from meeting with the Village, filtering a discussion, analyzing their areas of improvement, and providing recommendations on how to make those improvements.
