I am a Personal Injury Discovery and Litigation Paralegal with 16+ years of experience in the legal field. I am a fast learner and I am comfortable with new software and technology. I am skilled in legal writing, discovery processing, document/Court filings, light trial prep, and direct client/counsel contact. I have vast experience with Microsoft Office, LawBase, Worldox, NetDocuments, Odyssey, AssureSign, and various document upload sites. I draft and file disclosures, motions, and pleadings, issue and answer written discovery, issue and answer requests to admit, and file documents online for both Civil and Federal cases, among many other daily responsibilities. I am able to juggle many tasks at once and keep everything organized.
