As a Battalion Operations Warrant Officer in the US Army Special Forces, I oversaw the planning, execution, and assessment of special operations missions and training. With over 20 years of service, I have developed strategic analysis, operational planning, risk management, problem-solving, talent management, and leadership skills that enable me to support national security objectives and advance the special operations capabilities of the US Army.I hold a Master of Science degree in Defense Analysis and a Graduate Certificate in Intelligence Operations from the Naval Postgraduate School, where I also published a research paper on the Joint Combined Exchange Training program. I have a Top Secret / Sensitive Compartmented Information clearance with a Counterintelligence Polygraph. I have an extensive deployment history, both to combat and as an advisor to senior representatives from partner nations - including numerous roles serving in US Embassies abroad. I am passionate about learning new skills and knowledge, solving hard problems, simplifying complex processes, building and collaborating with diverse teams, and innovating solutions for major challenges.
