Rick is a proven and experienced sales and business leader who has repeatedly founded, built and realised value in B2B IT businesses. Having started his career in sales and business management roles at Sema Group, Admiral Software and Hitachi, he joined Select Software Tools, a UK founded, 3i backed ISV. As Sales Director he grew revenues 5 fold in 3 years, closed numerous £500k+ deals and was part of the senior management team that raised $60m via a successful NASDAQ IPO. He left Select to start his own company, providing outsourced sales & marketing services to IT vendors of high value B2B related propositions. Under his guidance, the business secured long-term, significant revenue (£300k+ pa) relationships with blue chip customers including Oracle, IBM, Microsoft, Sun Microsystems, Business Objects and Checkfree and grew to 125 employees.
