I am a founding partner of Goodell DeVries. In my years at the firm, I have represented clients in complex tort, commercial, and product liability litigation. Whether the dispute involves pharmaceuticals, medical devices, antitrust, breach of contract, unfair trade practices, aviation, commercial torts or state procurement laws I am determined to provide my clients with the best legal services available. That same year, I also successfully litigated a complex state procurement dispute on behalf of an institutional pharmacy before the Maryland Board of Contract Appeals. Although I really like the diversity of my civil litigation practice, I spend the majority of my time representing pharmaceutical and medical device clients in cases around the country. This has given me the opportunity to litigate class actions, multi-plaintiff cases, and a variety of industry cases. I have briefed or argued cases before the United States Supreme Court and various state and federal appellate courts.
