I am an Executive Recruiter who has worked specifically in the Managed Care Industry for over 20 years. I have worked with many of the largest Managed Care plans in the country, but typically focus on regional Managed Care plans that have mid management and senior management needs. In 2006, I was promoted to be the Executive Director and now manage a team with twelve recruiters, four at the Senior Vice President level. Furthermore, two of those SVPs' have accounted for a level of production where they now each qualify for the prestigious Pinnacle Association.At ESS, we focus our efforts on partnering with Managed Care companies that look for recruiters who know the Managed Care industry, can speak the language of managed care and whose network is populated with Managed Care candidates and contacts solely from MCOs.Specialties: I have placed people in every walk of Managed Care life. Initially, I focused on underwriting and finance, but since 2000 have broadened that focus to all disciplines of managed care - now including, sales, contracting, actuarial, operations and medical management. Recently, we have had a significant focus on filling Medical Director needs for our clients. We have filled several CMOs as well. I have also been involved with successfully staffing 3 Health Insurance Start Ups, filling the CEO, COO and CFO in all three locations, as well several highly successful, socially conscious Health Plans.
