Drafted our compensation plan and sales consultant agreements and acted as an escalation point for customer support. Worked with outside counsel in Canada, the UK, Australia and Mexico to ensure the company and its products to facilitate international expansion. Worked with product development team to ensure products complied with U.S. and international regulations. Managed outside litigation. Started at the company prior to an equity transaction, assisted with that transaction and the ensuing transition, which included compliance with our credit and borrowing obligations .
