The Restaurant Ninjas is an organization that provides coaching, support, and consultation to new entrepreneurs who get stuck. Fundamentals of any good business are always the same. Rick's ability to read and understand financial statements coupled with his knowledge of marketing and branding helps the entrepreneur get out of the rut.

Owned and operated two franchises in Greater Moncton. Businesses were sold in 2013 as it was time to look for new challenges and opportunities.

Reporting directly to the VP of Marketing, handling both internal and external communications for the brand. I worked with 110 franchised locations. I managed a $2 million ad fund, while building new effective marketing strategies and tactics to increase sales growth for both new and existing markets. Researched and tested new products, oversaw pricing strategies, managed marketing material distribution and worked closely with Operations department on supply chain issues and new product development.

Three different roles over 6 years. I started as an accounting manager. Reduced the human time by implementing technology and database management strategies. Bought Media campaigns for our major clients. Promoted to sales role. Worked on marketing and communications planning and strategies for companies such as Aliant Telecom, Spielo Gaming, and Atlantic Lottery Corporation.
