• Managed multimillion-dollar portfolio of testing services delivered by teams in North America and Europe. Services included interoperability and end-to-end testing for mobile devices, user equipment, and network.
• Responsible for profit and loss of the business.
• Created new delivery cost model to more accurately manage price and margin.
• Negotiated contracts for new and on-going business opportunities.
• Drove business development and portfolio roadmap to expand addressable market and revenue opportunities in machine-to-machine (M2M), Internet of Things (IoT), and Industrial Internet.
