In addition, provided individual consultation and professional development programs and services to all members of the Secondary staff.. During the time of this contract, international travel was essential, typically spending 2-weeks in Hsinchu every 3-months and eventually lived in Hsinchu for the last 6-months of the contract.

Atlanta, Ga

Provided full-time professional support as consultant and author of "The World Children’s Center Model: A Community of Professional Foster Care". Responsible for the development of all youth programs and services for a developing children’s village being designed to serve 500 neglected, abandoned and/or abused children/youth from around the world. Responsible for all education and training of the World Children’s Center Leadership Team members regarding youth development, child care and residential education. Served as liaison for the World Children’s Center with all state child-welfare agencies and personnel.

Member of the School’s Senior Leadership Team, responsible for the overall structure and supervision of the School’s K-12 family-style residential educational program, consisting of 133 student homes for 1300 financial needy boys and girls between the ages of four and eighteen. Directly supervised 10 program directors, with overall responsibility for over 350 professional and para-professional staff, as well as 1300 students. Responsible for the development, monitoring and management of a total program budget in excess of $14 million dollars. Serve as administrative second-seat, along with the Vice-President of Human Resources in all houseparent union negotiations (including development of the original union contract and two subsequent re-openers.)
