Rick has designed and conducted professional development in such diverse areas as interpersonal and small group communication, team building, conflict resolution, time management, program development, supervision, leadership development, as well as human growth and development.Rick has over 30 years’ of professional experience providing psychological and business based assessments and is currently affiliated with Target Training International (TTI) offering business based assessments in each of the following areas: Behaviors (DISC), Driving Forces (Motivators), Competencies (Talents), Strengths, Acumen, Emotional Intelligence, Job Benchmarking, and Stress Quotient. An award winning teacher and motivational speaker, Rick holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Monmouth College in New Jersey, with a minor in Interpersonal and Small Group Communication. He received his Masters of Science in Counseling from Penn State University and his Doctor of Philosophy degree from Texas Tech University in the area of Counseling Psychology. Rick has also been associated with Penn State University for the past 30 years and has been a tenured Associate Professor of Human Development and Family Studies and teaches courses in all areas of Life-Span Development and has served as a member of the Graduate Faculty.
