Responsible for 800,000 unit/year engine plant startup and early phase management, including but not limit to :1.Coordinate design institute for plant design, reach alignment on layout and construction drawings, successfully raised design production volume from 400,000 unit/year to 800,000, within the same land parcel.2.Coordinate local government to deal with land bidding, construction license applications, drawing audit and government supervision issues, solve tricky issues;3.Project construction time plan control and insure industrialization milestones, shoot constructions problem with suppliers.4.Manage early phase land fillup and leveling, Geological prospecting, pile driving until construction team ready.5.Rebuild facility management department and prepare for operation.6.Prepare area for manufacturing equipment installation and commissioning, get ready media and power supply.7. Participate in plant building acceptance test and, payment and handover.
