I’m an accomplished Senior Director of Product Management with extensive expertise overseeing technology roadmaps, user experience, and design strategy.My career in the technology field has spanned over two decades. I joined Optum in 2005 as a Senior IT Product Manager, where I have since served as Senior Director for multiple functions including Productivity & Collaboration Applications, IT Operations, End User Technology, and in my current position, Product Engineering. These positions have allowed me to gain an in-depth skillset in the high-level oversight of technology strategy, roadmaps, and capabilities, driving the lifecycle management for enterprise as well as customer-facing applications and communications channels in alignment with all business objectives.My responsibilities include overseeing a team of senior engineers across our contact center platforms and a wide array of customer communication channels, including secure email, phone, chat, AI tools, agent desktop, and cloud-based services. I manage a product portfolio serving over 50 enterprise capabilities and drive delivery and prioritization of over 300 new feature requests yearly. One of my major accomplishments came with directing the build and implementation of Optum’s new contact center platform comprising over 80K agents and serving over 20 lines of business; I managed a $100M budget and project team of over 200 people to get this done.I bring to any organization strategic and forward-thinking leadership, collaboration, and communication skills.
